RESCHEDULING, CANCELING OR TRANSFERRING YOUR TICKETS
PLEASE UNDERSTAND OUR POLICIES BEFORE YOU PURCHASE TICKETS.
We do not offer refunds unless a class does not reach the minimum number of participants or Grainbakers must cancel or reschedule it for unforeseen reasons. In this very rare case, we will offer a full refund. You will first be offered the option to choose a future class to attend.
If you cannot attend class, you must contact us BEFORE the class, and we will reschedule you for a future class. You must email us before 10 AM on the day of your scheduled class.
You may rebook your class for an upcoming class at any location we offer. If you're not ready to commit to a date, we'll add you to a list and schedule you into a class when you're ready. Please contact GRAINBAKERS, not the host venue.
If you would like to TRANSFER your tickets to someone else, share your tickets with your friend, and they can tell us when they check in. If you can not make it to a class, gifting your ticket to a friend is our preference!
Service fees from the ticketing platform or Eventbrite are non-refundable.
