RESCHEDULING, CANCELING OR TRANSFERRING YOUR TICKETS
PLEASE UNDERSTAND OUR POLICIES BEFORE YOU PURCHASE TICKETS.
​If you cannot attend class, you must contact us BEFORE the class, and we will reschedule you for a future class. You must email us before 10 AM on the day of your scheduled class. You may rebook your class for an upcoming class at any brewery location we offer. Please get in touch with GRAINBAKERS, not the host brewery.

We do not offer refunds unless a class does not reach the minimum number or, for some unforeseen reason, must be canceled or rescheduled by Grainbakers. In this case, you will be offered a full refund. You will first be offered the option to choose a future class. Please don't cancel on us. We really want to have you come to one of our classes!

If you would like to TRANSFER your tickets to someone else, please contact us with the name and email address of the recipient.

DO NOT attempt to resell tickets! Scammers on Facebook may offer to sell tickets below face value with offers of venmo or zelle cash transfer. These are scams. Please contact us before you attempt to buy tickets from someone else.

Tickets purchased before October 2025 will have the ticket service fee deducted from the total refund amount.
