WHOLE GRAIN BREADMAKING CLASSES
and Soft Pretzel Classes

Grainbakers offers one-of-a-kind, spent-grain breadmaking classes hosted at some of the country’s best breweries. Whether you’re new to baking or a seasoned sourdough wizard looking for a new twist, you’re welcome here. We especially love showing homebrewers how much flavor is hiding in that beautiful spent grain.

When the brew crew wraps up for the day, we roll up our sleeves and turn fresh, whole-grain recycled from the brewing process into a warm, whole-grain boule—earthy, nourishing, and ridiculously satisfying.

Adults-Only Fun

Since part of the class is in an industrial area
of a manufacturing brewery, and the instructor might cuss, the class is for Adults only. (18+)

This class is good for:

A Solo Outing!

Couples

A First Date

Your 10,000th date

A Girls’ Night Out

A Birthday activity for 4 - 12 People

A Corporate TEAMBUILDER

Fun with your grown BIG kids!

Grainbakers classes make for a fantastic date night, a classy girls’ night out, or a memorable bachelorette activity. They’re also ideal for solo adventurers, team builders, or anyone looking for a great excuse to explore a new brewery and leave with something delicious made by their own hands.

Grainbakers Classes are presented at the best independent breweries. Grainbakers focuses on supporting family-owned & operated, small American businesses. We are a woman-owned & operated small business, too.

SPENT GRAIN BREADMAKING CLASS

Grainbakers_typical-customer.jpg
“My friend booked a class for four of us for my friend’s birthday. It was a brewery I had never been to before. The class was informational, followed by a fun and messy demonstration time. We all left with our own ready-to-bake loaf in its first rise. It was ready to pop in the oven when I got home and made a pretty great bread for grilled cheese the next day.” - Jessika G.
