THIS bonus class was added because the class on Tuesday, 10/01, is SOLD OUT! At the end of the brewer’s day, we will use their fresh, spent grain and work it into a beautiful artisan bread.

Each ticketholder will make one recipe. You may choose from:

• Rosemary and Sea Salt Artisan Bread

• Dark Chocolate & Cherry Artisan Bread

• Pumpkin Artisan Bread

• Local Cheddar, Bacon & Chive Bread
