About this Grainbakers Class
Grainbakers is bringing our Fall Flavors series to The Hangar 76 in Oceanside, where Tipping Pint Brewing, Carruth Cellars Winery and Hangar 76 Pizzeria all share one roof. At the end of the brewer's day, we'll take Tipping Pint's fresh spent grain and work it into a beautiful artisan bread dough.
Come early and make a night of it. Grab a pizza from Hangar 76 Pizzeria, a pint of Tipping Pint's latest brew or a glass of Carruth Cellars wine. The Hangar is a relaxed, family friendly hangout with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, so your friends can settle in while you're in class.
Guests will make the Grainbakers Spent Grain Artisan Bread Dough. Once created, you can customize your bread by adding flavors from our Inclusions bar. This class will have many selections, including:
