Pure Project Brewing Bread Making Class, 7 PM

Grainbakers offers spent grain bread-making classes at your favorite brewery. Our classes are for everyone from the rookie baker and the beer geek or home brewer to the bread-making enthusiast. At the end of the brewer’s day, we will use their fresh, spent grain and work it into a stunning boule of bread. Guests will make the Grainbakers Spent Grain Artisan Bread Dough. Once made, they can customize their bread by adding various flavors from our spice selection.

Class includes:

• A bread-and-butter sampling.
• VIP behind-the-scenes tour
• Hands-on instruction to make artisan spent grain baked bread
• Recipe and instruction guide.
• One finished oven-ready bread to bake when you get home.
• Extra spent grain for your freezer and recipes to make more bread.

Class is 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM 

You will bake your bread at home.

You are WELCOME to invite a friend to wait for you while you’re in class. You can have dinner together before class, and then they can doomscroll some social media over a pint on the nation while you are in class.

Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes. You will need non-slip footwear in the brewery. Sandals and flip-flops are not allowed.
