About this Grainbakers Class
Our classes are fun, interactive, and hands-on, with a twist you won't find in a typical cooking class. Our Fresh Pasta Making class teaches you the basics to start your own pasta-making hobby. You'll mix two types of dough and shape two types of pasta, fettuccine and ravioli, using your own pasta machine and an extra-large ravioli stamp and pasta cutter to keep and take home.
While your dough rests, we'll teach you a classic cacio e pepe, a fluffy cheese and pepper sauce. Each participant gets 16 ounces of fresh pasta. We'll boil about half, toss it with sauce and butter, and serve it alongside Grainbakers artisan whole grain bread and a fresh salad. Then we eat.
