We’re beyond excited for our first Grainbakers class at Altamont Brewing—one of our absolute favorite breweries! Their clear, crisp beers are among the best out there, and we can’t wait to pair that with some hands-on breadmaking. The taproom will be open for OUR EVENT participants and their guests!

About this Grainbakers Class

Please note: Altamont is normally closed on Tuesdays, but they're open just for our special Grainbakers class. If you're coming for class, you can bring a non-participating +1 who wants to enjoy pints and their phone or a good book. The music and TV volume will not be loud so we can have class. Kids under 18 are NOT welcome so we can enjoy class. Please tip the heck out of the bar staff, as this is a special event and an experiment. At the end of the brewer’s day, we will use their fresh spent grain and work it into a beautiful artisan bread. Guests will make the Grainbakers Spent Grain Artisan Bread Dough. Once created, you can customize your bread by adding various flavors from our spice selection.*  This class will have many selections, including:

  • UBE Purple Sweet Potato

  • Cinnamon Raisin

  • Rosemary & Sea Salt

  • Dark Chocolate & Cherry
