Idle Hands Craft Ales Breadmaking Class

We've had a number of requests for our Breadmaking Class to be offered at IHCA at the same time as the pretzel class, so we're going to make this happen! Please join us for a night of Pretzel Making AND BREADMAKING CLASS! Please note the Pretzel Making Class is nearly sold out so there will only be a dozen Bread Making spots. At the end of the brewer’s day, we will use their fresh, spent grain and work it into a beautiful artisan bread.

Each ticketholder will make one recipe. You may choose from:

• Rosemary and Sea Salt Artisan Bread

• Dark Chocolate & Cherry Artisan Bread

• Pumpkin Artisan Bread

• Local Cheddar, Bacon & Chive Bread
