Fieldwork Brewing, Spent Grain Dog Treat Class

A DOG TREAT-MAKING CLASS AT YOUR FAVORITE BREWERY.

You love your furbaby, and you love a good brewery taproom. This is the class for you. Grainbakers offers baking classes at your favorite brewery, allowing you to unwind, learn a skill and take in the brewery experience. At the end of the brewer’s day, we will use their fresh spent grain to make high fiber and high protein spent grain dog treats that are nutritious and inexpensive to make.

 Please note this class uses the following allergens: peanut butter, oil and eggs. 

Class includes:

• Lecture and hands-on instruction to make spent grain dog treats
• Recipe and instruction guide with additional recipes
• Each ticketholder will make our Peanut Butter Spent Grain Dog Treats. 
• Extra spent grain for your freezer and recipes to make more dog treats!

Class is 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM (approximately)

The class typically has 48 guests and will typically sell out.

You will bake your dog treats at home. 

Fieldwork Brewing is super dog-friendly. If you’re bringing your dog to the brewery, please bring someone to mind your pup while you are in class.

Some of the class will be on your feet, but you will also have plenty of rest time in the taproom. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes. You will need non-slip footwear in the brewery. Sandals and flip-flops are not allowed.

Itinerary:

5:45 Check-in, sign-up for timeslots, bread & butter sampling.

6:00 - 6:30 Class (All students participate.)

6:30 - 7:10 Mixing Group One (24 people)

7:20 - 8:00 Mixing Group Two (24 people)
